Welcome to the latest edition of The Watch and, with it, a chance for us to update you on how Northern Security is performing and the opportunity to celebrate staff achievements and customer care. Since the last issue of The Watch we’ve focused on strengthening our team and, in turn, the services that we provide to customers. The feedback from many of our customers is that they prefer to work with local businesses rather than national security companies because of the extra care and attention they receive.

Welcome to the Autumn 2010 edition of The Watch. At Northern Security, we are totally committed to going that little bit further to make sure we give the absolute maximum service to the people we work with and for. That means giving our customers added value which will actually make a real difference, whether it’s from scrutinising costs to offering the extras as well as the expertise that can turn out to be the crucial factor, be it health and safety add-ons or whatever. It’s this philosophy that is helping the company continue to grow and attract new business despite the recession which has hit the UK over the last year or two, including the security industry. As you look through the magazine, you can see lots of fine examples of the sort of commitment our staff have to the job.
