Vetting
Stringent vetting procedures are in place to help to ensure that new applicants have a fully checkable & verifiable employment record in accordance with BS7858
Ensuring the legality of our employees is taken very seriously at NSL & every effort is made to verify the identity of an applicant, & that employees are able to work legally in the UK.
Prior to taking up employment with NSL applicants complete a detailed medical questionnaire, & may undergo medical checks in order to ensure that employees are medically fit to carry out their duties.
Recruiting the right people
It is becoming increasingly difficult to source, & recruit high calibre security staff on what were once considered reasonable rates of remuneration.
As a forward thinking customer focused supplier we believe that offering our staff a benefits package, with correct, & above industry standard rewards helps to nurture staff loyalty, & minimise staff turnover. This in turn ensures much more assignment consistency & means that NSL enjoy an enviable client retention record.
