Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment (TUPE) Northern Security have a wealth of experience in the TUPE process. Through our experience in this area, we have discovered that service failures have generally been a combination of inadequate security personnel and ineffective managerial support. Frequently a customer will have built a rapport with a previous supplier’s security staff, or members of their own in-house team. These people may have risen to become trusted, well liked members of the site team. Under TUPE the employment of all incumbent security personnel is protected; ensuring well liked, friendly faces remain on the job.

The Company use transition planning to identify whether your existing security personnel are suited to the assignment.
