To ensure we achieved our aims, we knew we had to adhere to set processes and procedures; we created a quality management system that would allow us to achieve this and enable consistant improvement.
Northern Security’s commitment to quality saw us achieve ISO 9001 accreditation early in the Company’s history. This accreditation ensured we were structured effectively, whilst the high standards we had set and established are regularly tested during the NSI’s (National Security Inspectorate) auditing visits.
Our disciplined approach to quality standards and adherence to best practice resulted in Northern Security being selected by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) to assist with the rolling out of their prestigious Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS).
We are proud to promote the fact that we were one of the first companies to be awarded approved contractor status. In line with our ethos of continual improvement, we did not settle for this standard and become complacent. We strove to become a market leader and hold an enviable benchmarking score that places us in the higher echelons of all approved contractors.
